Plus, as every brand and product is hand selected, we can guarantee that everything you buy through BritYard is of the highest quality.
Our selection process is rigorous. We won’t stock brands unless we are confident in their quality and represent the very best that Britain has to offer.
We are incredibly mindful of the brands we work with and ensure that everything we supply is mindful.
Most of our suppliers produce their products in either the UK or the EU.
Returns & Delivery
It’s unusual for you to have a problem with your order, but if you do we will endeavour to help resolve it as quickly as possible. You can reach us by emailing contact@brityard.com.
Currently, we only offer UK shipping and the standard delivery charge for the UK mainland is £4.99. Delivery usually takes between 2-5 working days for products that are not made-to-order.
Although we only ship to the UK as standard, we will try our hardest to work with you if you need your items delivered abroad. Get in touch with us and email contact@brityard.com for any international shipping requests.
Orders are dispatched directly from our incredible collection of independent British brands - meaning you are receiving your product straight from the small business that designed and made your product. This means that we may be unable to do next day delivery unless the brand allows it. Don’t worry though, your items will be worth the wait!
Possibly. Due to the nature of our business, you order your products from individual brands and businesses. This means that you may have to pay individual shipping for each item but this will be calculated at checkout as many offer free delivery.
Payments
No, you will only need to make a single payment no matter how many products you order - we provide a secure single payment process to make it easier for you to shop with us.
You can pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Discover, PayPal and via Klarna.
If you select Klarna as your payment method at checkout you will pay the cost of your order in three equal instalments allowing you to spread the cost of your purchase over time. Enter the credit or debit card details of your choice and make automatic payments every 30 days. Your first instalment will be collected when your order is confirmed and instalments 2 and 3 are scheduled 30 and 60 days later, respectively. Please note the minimum spend for this payment type is £35. Review your latest purchases and pay any open balances by logging into your Klarna account at https://app.klarna.com/login.
BritYard acts as an agent to each British brand - you, the customer, are purchasing any item directly from our range of British brands through a single checkout.
